- Appoint our preferred Transferring Attorney to attend to the Transfer of your property.
LRE GROUP will conduct a lucky draw after every 15 entries.

Terms and Conditions
- This competition is hosted by Lucas Real Estate.
- Entry into the competition is open to all property owners in South Africa who are at least 18 years old and own a property that is eligible for sale.
- By signing a 3-month sole mandate and listing their property exclusively with Lucas Real Estate, the property owner becomes eligible to participate in the competition. The property must be sold during this period for the entry to be valid.
- The transfer of the property must be done by our preferred transferring attorney.
- The competition starts Friday 12 May 2023.
- For every 15 valid entries the LRE Group will have a lucky draw to determine a winner.
- The winner of the competition will receive an inverter kit valued at R100 000.
- Lucas Real Estate reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entry and to disqualify any entry which does not comply with these terms and conditions.
- The winner will be contacted by email or phone.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of notification, Lucas Real Estate reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
- The winner must collect their prize at our head office in Brackenfell.
- The winner is liable for the risk and cost of installation.
- Lucas Real Estate reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
- By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The prize is a Sunon Pro 5.5 kva inverter, with a 48v lithium battery. The battery carries a 3-year warranty.
- Lucas Real Estate is not liable for the 3-year warranty.
