Magda en ek, Johan, het verlede jaar besluit om, wat eiendom betref, af te skaal. Dit het behels dat ons ons groot eiendom in De La Haye moes verkoop en 'n veel kleiner eiendom elders moes aanskaf.

In die proses het ons agt agente gekontak om vir ons 'n gepaste eiendom te vind. Ons vereistes sowel as die prysklas is aan hulle oorgedra. Ongetwyfeld sou dit vir hulle 'n uitdaging wees om iets vir ons te vind omdat ons van 'n 245vkm woning sou afskaal na +- 125vkm.

Met ons ontmoeting met Denize het ons aan haar genoem ons besef dat ons 8-sitplek, handgemaakte eikehout eetkamertafel in die slag sou bly. 'n Hartseer besluit vir ons. Wat het Denize gedoen? Sy het geluister en verstaan wat ons behoeftes was en sekerlik empatie met ons gehad. Sy het teruggekom met die antwoord dat sy 'n huis vir ons het waarin die eetkamertafel sou pas asook dat dit aan al ons ander behoeftes sou voldoen.

Sowaar, sy was reg. Geen een van die ander sewe agente het eens moeite gedoen nie. Nadat die kontrak geteken is, het Denize al ons vrae, wat daarna opgeduik het, met ywer en vriendelikheid beantwoord. Haar vinnige en gehalte van terugvoer was uitstekend. Selfs nadat ons ingetrek het, het sy steeds aandag aan ons geskenk. Voortreflike na-verkoop diens. Laastens, met die verkoop van ons vorige eiendom het ons met vier agente geskakel en met die aankoop met agt. Dus twaalf in totaal. Uit al twaalf is daar nie een wat naastenby die gehalte diens gelewer het soos Denize nie. Sy is voorwaar 'n aanwins en ambassedeur vir LRE. Nogmals dankie Denize!

Dit was alles net verstommend dat ‘n agentskap nog soveel aandag aan jou as klient gee. Jy het soveel mense bespreek om na die huis te kyk. En met elke afspraak, met soveel oortuiging die huis bemark. Baie dankie vir alles. Dankie vir die pragtige agente bord van LRE voor my huis met jou mooi foto op.
