3. We Donate R10 000 to Stellenberg High & R5000 to you

For every successful sale through the campaign, we donate R10 000 to Stellenberg High and R5000 to you. Which will be paid upon registration of the property.

• The seller needs to appoint LRE group to sell their property on the following terms.
• 3-month sole mandate
• Minumum commission rate of 5% + VAT

Donations of R10 000 to Stellenberg High and R5000 to the referrer will be made upon successful registration of the property.
