How to enter:
- List and Sell your property exclusively with Lucas Real Estate Group, Signing an Exclusive Sole Mandate for a minimum of three months.
- Refer someone to list and sell their property with Lucas Real Estate Group, Signing an Exclusive Sole Mandate for a minimum of three months.
Terms and Conditions:
- This competition is hosted by Lucas Real Estate Group.
- Entry into the competition is open to all property owners in South Africa or anyone who refers someone who is at least 18 years old and owns a property that is eligible for sale.
- By signing a 3-month sole mandate and listing their property exclusively with Lucas Real Estate Group, the property owner becomes eligible to participate in the competition or refer someone to do so and you become eligible to participate. Note that either the referrer or the property owner will receive the fee, not Both. Depends on who comes first.
- The property must be sold by Lucas Real Estate Group at a commission rate not lower than 5% + VAT.
- Properties with a market value higher than R1 000 000 qualify for this competition.
- Lucas Real Estate Group reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entry and to disqualify any entry which does not comply with these terms and conditions.
- Lucas Real Estate Group reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
- The competition starts on the 1st of February 2024 and ends on the 29th of February 2024.
- By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
